The next is entitled “Little Summer Fairy” stitched on 14ct “Summer Breeze” by Polstitches and can be found in the Cross Stitch Crazy Magazine Issues #152. We now carry 454 of the “Sullivan Threads” in-store and online. “Sullivan Threads” are made from 100% Egyptian cotton, it’s colourfast and fade-resistant, tangle-free/knot-free and is a great alternative to the DMC Colours. Each skein has the DMC conversion # right on the label, so you’ll know exactly what colour your using at all times. Each skein is priced at $0.50 each.

From Country Cottage Needleworks, we have two new designs to announce. The first one is entitled “April Showers”. Simply send us a high resolution picture of the finished piece and we will notify you by email if you qualified for Stitch-It Points.

These are the requirements in order to receive Stitch-It Points.

The Sit’n Stitch group will soon be starting their own Stitch Along

Stitch –It Central’s Sit’n Stitch group is excited to announce that they have chosen the design they will be completing for their Stitch Along, beginning next week. They have chosen Rosewood Manor’s “Quaker Diamonds”. This beautiful design will be stitched using Vikki Clayton silks and Valdani’s threads. Each member will be stitching their own chart of "Quaker Diamonds" until it is completed. We will be updating you with pictures and chart and thread information, so please check back as often as you can.

Stitch-It Central now has NEW store hours

Stitch-It Central is happy to announce that we will now be open every Thursday to Sunday from 9am to 6pm. We have also moved into our new store (same location, 43363 Sparta Line, St.Thomas, Ontario) which is located in the basement of the New House.

Just come through the garage and down the stairs, please remember to watch your step.

Lastly, as always we still have our FREE Sit’n Stitch every Saturday and Sunday from 1pm- 6pm. Come out and stitch with other ladies and gentlemen who enjoy stitching as much as you do, there’s lots of room for everyone.

For anyone that completes a chart purchased through Stitch-It Central and sends us a picture of the completed work will recieve in return 40 Stitch-It Points to use towards any future orders.

Simply send us a high resolution picture of the finished piece with any details such as any fabric alterations, designer name, artist, how long it took you to stitch, or any other changes you've made along with any special comments and we will notify you by email that you have qualified to recieve Points.

These are the requirements to follow in order to recieve your Points:

* One picture of the finished project with the original order number placed with Stitch-It Central
* One picture of work-in-progress
* The picture should be taken straight on and of high resoloution
* Picture must include your initials, your city and date of completiion on a piece of paper placed on the completed chart in order for you to get credit for it
